Une SCOP, c\u2019est l\u2019union des talents et du capital, pour devenir \u00e9quitable. Devenue SCOP depuis novembre 2012 sous l\u2019impulsion de Fabrice Audrain l\u2019actuel PDG, Dynalec mise sur ce nouveau statut associ\u00e9 au LEAN management pour d\u00e9velopper son activit\u00e9 avec pour leitmotiv : placer l\u2019homme au c\u0153ur du processus.<\/p>\n<h2>Le LEAN : repenser le process pour recr\u00e9er de la valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>10 % Selon Jean Mercier, \u00ab\u00a0<em>le temps valeur ajout\u00e9e ne repr\u00e9sente que 10% par rapport au temps total de d\u00e9filement<\/em> \u00bb. La marge serait \u00e9norme.<\/p>\n<p>Le LEAN management, \u00ab\u00a0c\u2019est la participation de l\u2019ensemble des employ\u00e9s d\u2019une entreprise \u00e0 la lutte contre le gaspillage en chassant tout ce qui produit de la \u00ab\u00a0non-valeur ajout\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019Hubert Siegfriedt, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Lean Training, une agence de conseil en LEAN management, s\u2019efforce de mettre en place en diagnostiquant et en conseillant les entreprises d\u00e9sireuses de s\u2019y convertir. La m\u00e9thode LEAN cherche \u00e0 identifier les \u00ab\u00a0temps valeur ajout\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb dans un processus de fabrication ou de production. Pour Jean Mercier, g\u00e9rant d\u2019Alliance Conseil Management, \u00ab\u00a0<em>les op\u00e9rations \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e permettent au produit de subir une transformation selon une sp\u00e9cification demand\u00e9e par le client. Toute autre op\u00e9ration est un gaspillage au sens du LEAN management<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<h2>La philosophie Dynalec : Le LEAN comme pierre angulaire<\/h2>\n<p>En 2007, \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Fabrice Audrain, Directeur Adjoint, Dinalec accumule les retards de livraison, une baisse de qualit\u00e9, tout en pratiquant des prix trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 la concurrence. Jusqu\u2019en 2011 sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en interne des manuels de qualit\u00e9, des fiches de fonctions pr\u00e9cises.
