Ce mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour g\u00e9rer le flux d\u2019information de fa\u00e7on descendante et pour ordonnancer le travail avec des points de contr\u00f4le positionn\u00e9s dans l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Or, l\u2019\u00e9mergence des nouveaux outils de communication d\u00e9multiplie les points d\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019information et offre \u00e0 tous, la possibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019exploiter en s\u2019affranchissant du circuit hi\u00e9rarchique. Dans un monde ouvert par la technologie, il tend, par cons\u00e9quent, \u00e0 verrouiller les initiatives, \u00e0 brider les potentiels et \u00e0 priver l\u2019entreprise de son principal levier de cr\u00e9ation de valeur. Il r\u00e9v\u00e8le donc une contradiction \u00e9vidente avec \u00e0 l\u2019environnement dans lequel les entreprises \u00e9voluent.<\/p>\n<p>Un mouvement de r\u00e9novation du management doit faire \u00e9merger un mod\u00e8le alternatif, construit sur de nouvelles valeurs et ouvert \u00e0 davantage de souplesse dans l\u2019organisation et le fonctionnement du travail.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019avenir appelle \u00e0 une nouvelle organisation du travail<\/h2>\n<p>Elle doit \u00eatre mod\u00e9lis\u00e9e par le march\u00e9, et non par le besoin de contr\u00f4le, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 r\u00e9unir les comp\u00e9tences les plus adapt\u00e9es sur chaque opportunit\u00e9 de business. Il faut lib\u00e9rer les initiatives, remettre le march\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de l\u2019entreprise, r\u00e9introduire l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mouvement doit s\u2019accompagner d\u2019une autre vision du management, une vision fond\u00e9e sur les valeurs de libert\u00e9 et de responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle qui sugg\u00e8rent une nouvelle conception du contrat de travail fond\u00e9e sur le lien de collaboration, plut\u00f4t que sur le lien de subordination.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9novation est un axe majeur de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et de coh\u00e9sion dans les entreprises. Elle est d\u00e9cisive pour capter les talents parmi les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations et pour mieux r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs attentes.
