De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, Christian Bleicher, directeur industriel de GE Power Generation d\u00e9clarait r\u00e9cemment : \u00ab\u00a0<em>l\u2019adaptation aux cycles du march\u00e9 passe n\u00e9cessairement par la qu\u00eate d\u2019agilit\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Dernier exemple en date ? Pernod Ricard, qui a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 mi-juin un plan strat\u00e9gique baptis\u00e9 Allegro dont l\u2019objectif proclam\u00e9 est de \u00ab\u00a0<em>donner plus d\u2019agilit\u00e9 au groupe.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019ERREUR DE CEUX QUI ESP\u00c8RENT GAGNER EN SOUPLESSE EN R\u00c9DUISANT LEURS EFFECTIFS<\/h2>\n<p>Pour regagner en comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, l\u2019industrie fran\u00e7aise doit donc cultiver son agilit\u00e9 ! Mais au-del\u00e0 des certitudes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019envi, qu\u2019indique v\u00e9ritablement cette notion ? A bien y observer, on remarquera qu\u2019elle d\u00e9signe en fait des choses bien diff\u00e9rentes. Automatisation des processus de production pour les uns, raccourcissement des circuits de d\u00e9cision pour les autres, voire m\u00eame restructuration dans certains cas, l\u2019agilit\u00e9 industrielle est devenue une formule, un fourre tout-ou-presque.<\/p>\n<p>Elle s\u2019est impos\u00e9e dans le discours manag\u00e9rial avec d\u2019autant plus de facilit\u00e9s qu\u2019elle permet, \u00e0 bien y observer, de l\u00e9gitimer \u00e0 chaque fois la m\u00eame d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique : moins d\u2019emplois pour plus de flexibilit\u00e9. C\u2019est peut \u00eatre l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side la principale erreur de ceux qui esp\u00e8rent gagner en souplesse en r\u00e9duisant leurs effectifs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019agilit\u00e9 industrielle peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme l\u2019aptitude d\u2019une industrie \u00e0 r\u00e9agir rapidement aux \u00e9volutions de son march\u00e9. Elle repose sur l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle, qui est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par des \u00e9quipes convaincues et impliqu\u00e9es dans la vision march\u00e9. Les solutions aux probl\u00e9matiques du march\u00e9 ne peuvent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es sans la participation active des \u00e9quipes qui ont une connaissance fine des outils. Le v\u00e9ritable ressort de l\u2019agilit\u00e9 industrielle ? Savoir tirer le meilleur des hommes et des moyens pr\u00e9sents dans une organisation.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019AGILIT\u00c9, CATALYSEUR DES PROJETS D\u2019INNOVATIONS ET REMPART CONTRE LE \u00ab\u00a0MAUVAIS\u00a0\u00bb INVESTISSEMENT<\/h2>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, l\u2019agilit\u00e9 ne correspond pas \u00e0 l\u2019all\u00e8gement des effectifs, mais repose sur le d\u00e9veloppement manag\u00e9rial. Il importe n\u00e9anmoins de pr\u00e9ciser que ces mesures ne sont pas antagonistes : on peut vouloir former davantage moins d\u2019op\u00e9rateurs. Elle n\u2019est pas non plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux leaders en bonne sant\u00e9 qui disposent d\u2019une importante marge de man\u0153uvre pour innover ou pour investir dans des outils largement automatis\u00e9s, mais se destine \u00e0 toutes les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Certes, un leader \u00e0 tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 adopter ce comportement agile, v\u00e9ritable catalyseur des projets d\u2019innovations et rempart contre le \u00ab\u00a0mauvais\u00a0\u00bb investissement. Mais cette agilit\u00e9 est aussi une arme dans un contexte de crise pour les entreprises fragilis\u00e9es. Par la qu\u00eate d\u2019une agilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, des dirigeants, des managers de terrain et des op\u00e9rateurs peuvent conjointement am\u00e9liorer la situation d\u2019entreprises de toutes tailles et de tous moyens, en adressant les besoins du march\u00e9 avec des r\u00e9ponses souvent diff\u00e9rents et toujours meilleures.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acquisition d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable agilit\u00e9 industrielle s\u2019observe directement sur trois axes : l\u2019augmentation de la productivit\u00e9, la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9lais de mise sur les march\u00e9s des produits et la conqu\u00eate d\u2019un niveau de service au client sup\u00e9rieur.
