Pourtant, il existe une galaxie d\u2019entreprises qui peuvent r\u00e9pondre simultan\u00e9ment \u00e0 toutes ces aspirations : les ETI industrielles fran\u00e7aises.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"interTitre\">Entre valorisation et innovation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>5 000 entreprises fran\u00e7aises de tailles interm\u00e9diaires composent une bonne part du tissu \u00e9conomique fran\u00e7ais, dont un tiers d\u2019ETI industrielles. Babymoov, Lectra, MGI Coutier, Senoble : peupl\u00e9 de champions cach\u00e9s parfois leader sur leurs march\u00e9s, l\u2019univers des ETI fran\u00e7aises promet simultan\u00e9ment la valorisation \u00e0 long terme d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience de premier plan et l\u2019innovation en boucles courtes. Il comblera \u00e9galement les plus civiques de nos jeunes talents.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019abord, parce que rien ne saurait atteindre ni m\u00eame approcher le pouvoir d\u2019apprentissage du terrain et que cette exp\u00e9rience est d\u00e9cisive dans une carri\u00e8re. Rejoindre une ETI, c\u2019est la garantie de c\u00f4toyer une grande diversit\u00e9 de personnes, de vivre intens\u00e9ment l\u2019adaptation \u00e0 une culture d\u2019entreprise, d\u2019appr\u00e9hender dans son ensemble une organisation complexe en combinant les exp\u00e9riences terrains et les interactions avec les diff\u00e9rentes fonctions et niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, parce que sauf \u00e0 &#8220;na\u00eetre global&#8221; comme c\u2019est le cas de rares start-ups, personne n\u2019est en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re, en prise directe avec les enjeux de la comp\u00e9tition mondialis\u00e9e et en corollaire avec l\u2019imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle. C\u2019est tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des postes \u00e0 pourvoir en ETI ! En effet, les ETI sont nos entreprises les plus agiles : \u00e0 la fois suffisamment grandes pour exporter et conqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux march\u00e9s et en m\u00eame temps suffisamment petites pour innover. Rejoindre une ETI, c\u2019est int\u00e9grer directement l\u2019ar\u00e8ne de la comp\u00e9tition mondialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"interTitre\">Emploi, salaire et promotion<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En outre, dans un contexte de bataille pour la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e de nos industries, rejoindre une ETI est un acte civique : elles constituent le meilleur levier pour redresser l\u2019industrie fran\u00e7aise, par le dynamisme dont elles font preuve malgr\u00e9 la reconnaissance encore trop insuffisante dont elles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient derri\u00e8re les quelques groupes &#8220;locomotives&#8221; qui tirent la croissance fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n<p>Passons enfin rapidement sur les autres aspects : le volume d\u2019offres d\u2019emplois ? Il est cons\u00e9quent : dans la crise, les ETI sont celles qui ont le mieux r\u00e9sist\u00e9 ; elles ont m\u00eames continuer \u00e0 recruter ! Le niveau de salaire ? Il est tout \u00e0 fait attractif : selon l\u2019ONISEP, des secteurs industriels entiers, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de la pharmacie, de la chimie ou de l\u2019agroalimentaire n\u2019h\u00e9sitent plus \u00e0 jouer sur les salaires d\u2019entr\u00e9e pour s\u00e9duire les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Certains postes en tension, comme celui de manager de production ou de responsable de maintenance, ont vu les salaires sensiblement progresser ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Les qualit\u00e9s cultiv\u00e9es au fil de la carri\u00e8re ? Elles sont essentielles : l\u2019approche audacieuse de nombre d\u2019ETI en croissance, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial associ\u00e9 se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent tr\u00e8s formateurs dans un monde o\u00f9, r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique oblige, il faudra r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement se montrer capable de remise en cause. Les perspectives de promotion interne ? Elles sont s\u00e9duisantes. La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du baby boom arrive \u00e0 la retraite : de tr\u00e8s nombreuses ETI vont chercher repreneurs durant la prochaine d\u00e9cennie. Cette lame de fond va red\u00e9finir les organigrammes et cr\u00e9er autant d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s de progression de carri\u00e8re pour les plus talentueux.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, le seul \u00e9cueil pour rencontrer l\u2019ETI qui correspond \u00e0 ses aspirations est li\u00e9 \u00e0 leur diversit\u00e9 : trouver celle qui permettra de lancer efficacement sa carri\u00e8re. Choisir et \u00eatre choisi par une ETI demande une part d\u2019investissement pour la d\u00e9couvrir et la rencontrer dans le paysage des ETI fran\u00e7aises, et une part de clairvoyance pour d\u00e9terminer celle qui r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 ses aspirations en terme de valeurs, de vie d\u2019\u00e9quipe et de r\u00f4le \u00e0 endosser durant ces premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es qui peuvent lancer de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9terminante une carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Jeunes talents, ne renoncez \u00e0 rien : les champions cach\u00e9s de l\u2019industrie fran\u00e7aise vous attendent
