Il se traduit par des bouleversements sociaux, environnementaux, organisationnels et humains qui d\u00e9passent de tr\u00e8s loin le cadre \u00e9conomique. L\u2019une des cl\u00e9s du succ\u00e8s, de\u00a0la French Fab est l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans le monde de \u00ab l\u2019industrie 4.0 \u00bb. Elle prend au moins quatre formes compl\u00e9mentaires :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Strat\u00e9gique, l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00ab 1.0 \u00bb est verticale et concerne la cha\u00eene de valeur dans son ensemble : gr\u00e2ce aux nouvelles technologies et aux plateformes, il est de plus en plus facile d\u2019acc\u00e9der au client final et de contourner la cha\u00eene de valeur, par une int\u00e9gration plus importante en interne ou avec des partenaires.<\/li>\n<li>Organisationnelle, l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00ab 2.0 \u00bb est horizontale et concerne les fonctions ainsi que les modes de leadership des entreprises industrielles :\u00a0pour profiter du num\u00e9rique il faut d\u00e9cloisonner afin que les d\u00e9cisions se prennent vite et que les donn\u00e9es, l\u2019or bleu du XXIe si\u00e8cle, circulent de fa\u00e7on fluide pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans la cr\u00e9ation de valeur.<\/li>\n<li>Technologique, l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00ab 3.0 \u00bb est transversale pour permettre d\u2019hybrider les m\u00e9tiers traditionnels de l\u2019industrie avec ceux du num\u00e9rique et de la gestion du changement : la transformation associ\u00e9e aux changements de technologie est d\u2019une telle ampleur qu\u2019elle ne peut s\u2019accomplir en travaillant en \u00ab silos \u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Responsable, l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00ab 4.0 \u00bb est p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique. Elle permet \u00e0 la fois d\u2019assurer une coexistence harmonieuse entre l\u2019usine et son territoire, de maximiser l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire, de r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte carbone, la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la pollution et de faciliter la collaboration locale entre entreprises, dans les fili\u00e8res, ainsi qu\u2019avec les pouvoirs publics, les \u00e9coles, les riverains et d\u2019une fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale avec tout l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de l\u2019usine. Elle permet enfin et surtout de redynamiser l\u2019emploi dans les territoires que Christophe Guilluy appelle \u00ab p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques \u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La production d\u2019int\u00e9gration est donc bien engag\u00e9e avec \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 une reprise majeure de l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale dans les territoires fran\u00e7ais. La\u00a0French Fab\u00a0devrait largement permettre d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le mouvement.
