initiative aimed at whetting <strong>young professionals\u2019 interest in working for industrial SMEs and mid-caps.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This campaign led to <strong>the creation of<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vte-france.fr\/\"> territorial corporate volunteering<\/a>, which enables young talents to occupy positions of high responsibility within industrial companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OPEO continues to support the development of this initiative with its stakeholders during industrial competitiveness
